Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (6 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms). Only registered guests may enter the villa grounds. No unregistered visitors or events without prior approval. 💧 Pool & Outdoor Areas The pool and jacuzzi are private and exclusive to your booking. No glass or sharp objects in or around the pool area. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool heating available on request (for an additional fee if applicable) 🍽️ Kitchen & Appliances Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Kindly turn off stove and air conditioning when not in use. BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To secure your reservation, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, guests must notify Suitee Stays at least fourteen (14) days prior to check-in. If proper notice is provided, the deposit paid may be applied as a future stay credit to be used at a later date, subject to availability. Please note: • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. • Credits must be used within a timeframe determined by Suitee Stays. • Holiday and blackout dates are strictly excluded from this policy, including stays booked during December through February and other peak periods designated by Suitee Stays. • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of all payments made.
